I will be providing a collection of low carb recipes I’ve developed over the past 8 years. These are my own creations, not recipes scraped from websites or copied from cookbooks. Wherever possible I will provide sources for ingredients. The recipes here cover a variety of foods from breakfast to late-night snacks.

Low Carb No-Soy Bake Mix

  • 3-3/4 cups – oat bran fiber
  • 3 cups – vital wheat gluten
  • 3 cups – corn bran flour
  • 1-1/2 cups – whey (75-80% protein)
  • 4/3 cup – unbleached wheat flour (optional, used mostly when using yeast)
